Weston Pass Hut Booking


    To book with Weston Pass Hut select your check-in date and your check-out date. Then click “ADD TO CART.” Finally, click “View Cart” in the box that appears above the calendar and follow the rest of the prompts.

    Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, we are not permitting multiple groups to travel to the hut at the same time.  When you book the hut for $378, you can bring up to a maximum of twelve people and your party will have the entire hut.  Please use proper precautions with your group while staying at the hut.  The beds are covered vinyl mattress covers, and pillows are not provided.

    Cancellation Policy: If you request a refund 10 days before the check-in, you will be issued a full refund minus the PayPal processing fees.  If you are feeling any COVID-19 related symptoms please do not stay at the hut.  Contact us and we can provide a credit for your stay up to the date of the booking.

    To limit interaction between groups, the check-out and check-in times are strict.  Check-out is at 11:00 am and check-in is at 2:00 pm.  

    When you book a stay at the hut, you are also agreeing to undertake enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.  You must undertake the following cleaning and sanitation protocols when you arrive at the hut and when you leave the hut.

    • Using the sanitizing solution provided that is located on the kitchen counter, please wipe down the following: All doorknobs, window cranks, fireplace tools, fireplace handles, all horizontal surfaces including dining table, benches, and kitchen surfaces. Also wipe down the vinyl coverings on all the bedding, the toilet seats, and the knobs for the solar lights, the propane, and the propane stoves.
    • Please use the bleach provided in your rinse water when you wash dishes. The recommended amount is 2 tablespoons to each gallon of rinse water. It is best to let your dishes air dry before storing them.
    • Please bring your own pillows, books, games, and other forms of entertainment.  We have removed all unnecessary objects that are difficult to sanitize.
